Biohaven needed to push the boundaries of pharmaceutical communications with a new platform for its primary migraine product: Nurtec ODT. Quantitative & qualitative research revealed that real patient stories are most compelling in driving trial of a new product.
Through social listening, we specifically uncovered a recurring truth in how migraine patients talked about their condition: the moments it caused them to miss. From concerts and family outings to important school days, the conversation was often defined by what migraine had taken away. This insight became the foundation for “Take Back Today,” positioning Nurtec ODT as a way to help patients spend less time missing out, and more time being present for the moments that matter.
We developed an integrated digital ecosystem connecting potential patients and amplifying genuine patient voices. Our campaign was led by Khloe Kardashian as a well-known celebrity and other mid-tier influencers getting real about their migraine suffering and what Nurtec ODT did for them.
